I love her podcast because she invites generous women to share their journey and talk about the ups and downs. We often hear about people’s success but sometimes the biggest aha moments are when another woman says “this one was tough and it didn’t turn out the way I planned.” I always feel seen and take in the truth that we’re a community. Erica seeks to give us a companion as we make hard choices and when it’s time to celebrate.
